Botifarra D`ou

Botifarra is a traditional Catalan sausage. Butifarra is assumed to have been a favorite dish of Salvador Dali and Jose Alvarez. There are several types of botifarra. 

The main ingredient in this type of botifarra is raw eggs, which are added to minced pork. A mixture of different spices is also added to the sausage.
