Botifarra Blanca

Bottifara is a traditional Catalan sausage. Butifara is assumed to have been a favorite dish of Salvador Dali and Jose Alvarez. There are several types of botifarra. 

Botifarra Blanca is a hard white sausage with a recipe of over 400 years. The sausage is made without adding blood to the stuffing. The product is made from lean meat and jelly-like pieces of fat seasoned with spices. This botifarra is very juicy and fragrant.
