Butifarra Catalana
Botifarra is a traditional Catalan sausage. Botifara is assumed to have been a favorite dish of Salvador Dali and Jose Alvarez. There are several types of botifarra.
Botifarra Catalana is made from selected pork, which is cooked in a broth of natural ingredients. This makes the sausage incredibly tender and smooth. It looks like baked ham—a favorite dish of the youngest in the family.
