Jamon Serrano

Serrano is the most common species of ham in Spain, made from white pigs. Literally translated from Spanish, “serrano” means “mountain”. In this case, the name of the ham indicates that the drying of the ham takes place in mountainous conditions, ie climatically and seasonally different from the plains.

This product requires very careful processing, which lasts about 12 months. Extremely fine slicing of Spanish delicacy allows you to maximize the taste of raw meat. This ham is characterized by a bright taste with a juicy texture. This delicacy can be used as a separate snack or added to other dishes: salads, sandwiches, pizza, a variety of snacks.
