LLardons Chicarrones

Chicarrones is a trendy dish in Spain. Incredibly crispy Spanish “chips,” which are proper for snacks to beer and salads and sandwiches. 

This snack is made from fried pork skins. Seasonings may also be added to it, and the dish itself must be served with sauce and garnish.
