Jamon Serrano in blocks
Serrano is the most common species of ham in Spain, made from white breeds of pigs. Translated from Spanish, “serrano” means “mountain.” In this case, the ham’s name indicates that the ham’s drying takes place in mountainous conditions that are climatically and seasonally different from the plains.
This product requires accurate processing, which lasts about 12 months. This ham is characterized by a bright taste with a juicy texture. This delicacy can be used as a separate snack or added to dishes: salads, sandwiches, pizza, and various snacks.
