Jamon Serrano

Serrano is the most common kind of ham in Spain, made from white breeds of pigs. Translated from Spanish, “serrano” means “mountain.” In this case, the ham’s name indicates that the ham’s dry-curing takes place in mountainous conditions that are climatically and seasonally different from the plains.

This product requires accurate processing, which lasts about 12 months. Excellent slicing of Spanish delicacy allows you to maximize the taste of dry-cured meat. A rich flavor represents this ham with a juicy texture. This delicacy can be used as a separate snack or added to other dishes: salads, sandwiches, pizza, and various snacks.
