To prepare a healthy and light salad, you will need:
- JAMON SERRANO by Subirats – 100 g;
- white beans – 200 g
- green beans – 500 g
- cherry tomatoes – 150 g
- lettuce leaves – ½ knitting;
- olive oil – 3 tbsp l.;
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp l.;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Step 1.
First of all, you should pre-soak the white beans, which will speed up the cooking process. Then drain the muddy water, pour clean, and put on low heat, where it will cook for 1-1.5 hours. It is better to add salt at the very end.
Step 2.
Boil green beans in salted water for a few minutes. Then it should be quickly moved to cold water – so it will keep a bright green color. After that, cut the green beans into large pieces, grind the Jamon into strips, cut the cherries in half.
Step 3.
Boiled slightly warm white beans, poured into a salad bowl, add the remaining ingredients. In a separate bowl, pour the oil and lemon juice, mixing the sauce thoroughly with a fork. Put all the ingredients on lettuce, pour the sauce.
