For a nourishing and tasty snack or a full breakfast, a ham sandwich is perfect.
To prepare it you will need:

Monge or ciabatta bread should be cut in half. Each half should be generously smeared with sauces: for one part, you should use green basil sauce, and for the other – tomato salsa. Arugula should be spread on the sauce, and on top of it – thin transparent slices of fragrant ham Subirats JAMON SERRANO. Then, cover the sandwich with the second half of baguette or ciabatta.
